We love the Car Mom Crew and love to bring you new and exciting merch! We're a small team and because of limited drops and quick sell-outs, we're unable to offer returns and exchanges at this time. We stand behind our products, are extremely selective in our manufacturing partnerships, and know that you will be satisfied with the quality. We encourage you to check out the real-life photos on each product listing that include model info/sizing, prior to purchasing. We are also available at hello@thecarmomofficial.com to answer any product or sizing questions (please note that response times can vary and will not be immediate).

 Garment Care

Our sweatshirts are made in United States in a small batch process.  Due to this unique process, small variations in color, tone and sizing can occur. Washing in cold water with like colors and tumble drying on low heat is recommended.

Magnet Care

Place Magnet on flat magnetic section of the car. Ensure the area is clean and free from any dirt or soap residue. If wax was recently used on the car, it should be cured for two days before applying the magnets and for clear coats it should be cured for 60 days. Magnets MUST be removed before going through car was. We recommend removing magnets and washing area regularly to prevent residue. The Car Mom is not responsible for any damage caused my magnets to the vehicle.

 

 Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Once orders are received by USPS, First Class shipping generally takes 5-7 business days and Priority shipping takes 2-3. As a small business, we'll do everything that we can to get your order to you quickly. Unless otherwise noted on the website (due to high order volume) or in pre-order situations, please allow up to five business days for your order to ship. Feel free to reach out to hello@thecarmomofficial.com if you're noticing a substantial delay.

At this time we are not able to combine orders.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will be clearly marked and fulfill-by dates listed. Please note that if pre-order and ready-to-ship items are combined, ALL will ship together by the fulfill-by date listed on the pre-order. If you'd like to receive your ready-to-ship items right away, please make a separate order. Pre-ordered items cannot be canceled or edited.

Shipping Insurance

We've partnered with Route to offer shipping insurance and peace of mind to all our customers. Although most orders arrive without any problems, there can be occasional issues with loss, damage or theft. Please be sure that you're protecting your purchase with Route. As a small business, we cannot be held liable for any issues once your package is turned over to USPS.

Lost or Delayed Orders

As real people behind the scenes, we've experienced this first-hand and know just how frustrating an MIA package can be. A few next steps that we suggest:

  • Touch base with your mail carrier to see if they're able to help locate the package, or provide any information
  • Reach out to next door neighbors to see if the package was delivered in the wrong mailbox
  • Wait a day or two to see if the package makes it way to you - we've heard that USPS can prematurely scan deliveries and they don't show up for another day or two
  • Reach out to Route to resolve the issue (shipping insurance is purchased during the checkout process). Be sure to have your order number on-hand!

Fulfillment Errors

So sorry about that! We do everything to make sure that all orders are shipped exactly as ordered, but mistakes can happen. If you're missing an item or received the wrong product by mistake, please reach out to us at hello@thecarmomofficial.com.
